The purpose of the YES Lending Team is to give everyone the tools to become the best Loan Officers in the industry. Team members will have everything they need to outperform the competition.
The team will be helped with all aspects of what it takes to be an elite loan officer. Training will include sales, communication, developing relationships, structuring files, and personal peak performance.
